Cancellation Policy

Gem Salon will charge $25-$100 cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48hours of the scheduled appointment. ($25 for scheduled haircuts, $50 for scheduled color services, and/or $100 for scheduled smoothing services and extension services)
